" This retreat was wonderful! I completely felt safe to open my heart and enjoy the journey. The spectacular views of the red rocks in Sedona were breath taking. The yoga and morning meditations led by Mary at the retreat home were exactly what my spirit needed to relax and rejuvenate. Everything about this Sedona retreat was exceptional, the energy, the offerings, the new friends, and the compassionate guidance along the way.
